Naples is a chaotic place to visit, but this hotel was a haven of calm amidst everything. I had a superior room on the 21st floor (basically the hotel lobby and restaurant are on the ground floor and on the first floor, and all the rooms are higher up on the 16th floor) with a wonderful view of the coast. The room was extremely well appointed, it was a good size, clean, and comfortable. The staff at the reception spoke good English. Breakfast was great and the buffet varied. Although the staff sometimes did not seem to be able to keep up with the amount of people arriving to eat. In general, yes, it is very decent, and I would certainly stay here again.
