The overall experience is not surprised nor impressed. The hotel was opened 10 years+, even though some renovations were carried out few years ago, the interior is unavoidably old days design, such as the television in the room, there is no HDMI input nor Miracast/AirPlay. The hotel breakfast was average with various selections of dishes. Jason kindly confirmed me the booking and helped my admin to set up computer for presentation. He prepared the hot tea for our guests and led the attendees to meeting room. His service was very impressive. The next morning, all other tea members such as Gina already know me by name and provided seamless service. All of us had a great experience of the meetings in lounge meeting. Jason, Gina and Sarah were very considerate and helpful during my stay and meetings. I truly appreciate their professional service and the way to help guests. The meeting also was a huge success, With such fond memory, I look forward to my next stay with JW Marriott Beijing.
