First, let me just say that this place is fabulous. It stands out quite a bit from the normal Spanish architecture, but once inside the revolving front door, you are in your own oasis. I should mention that we seemed to have been there during a quiet time, so take that into account. First Impressions were amazing. Grand entrance, looking straight out into the sun and fountains. The smell from the lobby was quite nice as well, clean and fresh. We did have to wait a few minutes for the room as we were early, totally fine with us as we have been in hotels for a number of years. The room itself was great. Large, great bathroom, plenty of storage space, and what a beautiful balcony overlooking the courtyard and beyond, the Med. Now to our favorite part, the pool. Two great areas, to separate the kids and the adults. The adults are on top with a great view of the sea. Quiet, very quiet actually, with drinks by the plenty. Andres (I hope that's right) should be commended for his work ethic, smile, personality, all of it. Please tell him we thoroughly enjoyed his company and speaking with him, and to enjoy his trip to London once it happens. We do wish the diving boards were working, but that's nothing to harp on. Location wise was great as well. 11 Euro cab ride to old town Valencia, walking distance to many great restaurants and bars at the Promenade, and close to the Marina as well. We would highly recommend this hotel because of its friendly staff, beautiful scenery, outstanding service, and a great breakfast. Looking forward to coming back. Thank you so much.
